Refund Policy

We urge all customers to use our live chat or send us a message if you have questions before making a purchase. However, in the event that you need to return a product to us please read our policies. 

 In the event you receive the wrong item, we urge you to contact us within 48 hours of receiving. 

      1. We offer our clients a 15 Day money-back, no question asked to return. We are committed to giving the highest level of customer service, the customer must understand a return of item(s) must be done promptly to ensure a smooth return experience.
      2. The shipping charges to ship the item back will be at the expense of the customer. 
      3. The item(s) being returned will only be accepted if they are in their original packaging, and that packaging is in good useable condition for resale. Packaging condition is determined at the discretion of Trackwerks. Please just make sure we can sell it to the next person.
      4. Special orders/Blowout sales/Build to order items are not refundable, and will only be replaced if the item is defective / damaged on delivery. We will fix any problem if we have made a mistake.
      5. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
